We offer both! Our most popular service is on-site cooking, where our chef prepares the paella live at your event. This provides wonderful entertainment and guarantees the freshest meal possible. If your venue or timeline doesn’t allow for on-site cooking, we also offer a delivery service where we bring the freshly cooked paella directly to you, ready to serve. (available in Fairfield County, CT only)

Our minimum order is 25 people for on-site service during peak months from April-October and 15 people during all other months.
