Paella Party CT offers paella catering for gatherings of up to 75 people (10-person minimum). We can deliver up to 3 different paellas for your event. No need to choose just one! Just select from our variety of traditional Spanish paellas on our menu options We also offer a variety of starters, salads, and slow-cooked meats, which can also be ordered for delivery as well.
We prepare and deliver your paella in one of our traditional paella pans, so for this reason, pickup is not available. It’s not paella without the traditional pan, so as a rule, we do not transfer the paella into another dish or disposable pan. We come back to pick up the pan the next day or whenever convenient for you.

We offer paella catering anywhere in Fairfield County, CT, New Haven County, CT, and Westchester County, NY only. We deliver to several towns in Connecticut free of charge including Bethel, Danbury, Easton, Newtown, Redding, Ridgefield, Weston, Westport, and Wilton. Outside those towns, an additional delivery fee of $25-35 will apply based on location.

All my foods are inspired by my own culture, family, and personal experiences. I spent 15 years working in the kitchens of many popular Manhattan restaurants, and all these things combined have made me the chef I am today.
I love to create and bring people together through food. For me, la paella is the best representation of this experience. Festive and fun, it is made with an ever-changing combination of ingredients and is perfect for serving groups. It was my mom’s favorite dish and each and every time I make it I think of her.
